Vegetables are crispy even if you ask to cook well, no sauce on my sub made I pay extra for it bungalow was dry and cold it should be grilled worst sub I had ever had

Young man at the register has zero patience. I was ordering and had to wait to get to the register because the overhead menu didn 't have the ingredients listed. So I told him what kind I wanted and he said is that all? . And I needed to minus a few things and he again said is that all? . But I wanted french fries so I asked for them and he said is that all? . I then told him I also wanted a drink but apparently since he was in such a hurry I wasn 't going to get one. He told me my total and took my card. Will never be back, to bad because I work right across the street. So tired of rude people and refuse to spend my money when treated this way. To many other businesses on Telegraph.

Nice to actually have a restaurant that was open.... friendly staff... decent food... if your hunger and stay in the area!!!

Never go there again unless this heavy white lady goes. I'm literally wondering if this other girl is there when they have ice water and the lady interrupts and was like? do we have water bottles? but I didn't want one. So she likes? So, what do you want? and I wonder if I can get water from the well I didn't know she didn't have, and she was so angry and how? Does it look like it's drinking water on the well? and she turned around and started shaking her head. Girls please stop no one wants to go with this ugly attitude u got . smh u really need to go to a real job.i?m so tired of people with attitudes if u don?t want to work there, then leave it really not so hard. (the other girl was very nice tho,i think she had highlighted brown hair.)also food was terrible lol. and I really wanted to say something to this lady, but I didn't feel like starting with her. (meant to rate 0 stars, but I can post unless I leave 1 star)

Very poor customer service. The lady at the counter is Caucasian heavy set n overwhelmed fast. Overcrowded. 3 wait for food, 3 wait in the line. I'm number two in the waiting line. She said after she was 4. Person had ordered who was 1st, who left 3 persons, she said 1 second please m ran on the back she came back, took order before me, then when I was patient, she waited?s kicked back from 20 questions. So I started to give my order quickly, then she says slowly, then I have a posture n chill. No attitude from me. But I decided to leave her? Go! Then I said you'd ask 20 questions, then tell me slower. Then she told us? Last time I checked you didn't run my show. Won?t go back there until management changes. I noticed a new African American girl working on the grill that was so polite, so big to get when you can forward it. I noticed her. She shouldn't take orders from the overwhelmed, rude lady in glasses.
