Bidrage med feedbackThis is a great spot for locals to grab a bite to eat with excellent coffee and if you happen to own a bike, want a bike, or just like looking at bikes, this place has it all. I'm definitely coming back for the 2 Eggs Bacon Sandwich on Turkish. <br/ <br/ 5 Stars !
On my first visit I'm keen to try the Ei, Salmon Hass $13.50) a sensational Dutch version of baked eggs that is super cheesy, a little salty from the salmon and super tasty. The owners are not Dutch but they've spent some time living over there and I'm glad they've brought this delicious dish to our fair shores as it really is something different.
Pun Intended.. What a great idea! For: locals wanting food, coffee or a helping hand with their push bike, for wandering UTS/Sydney Uni students, for people wandering the 'hood between Redfern Station and/or The Block going towards UTS, Central Station,The White Rabbit Gallery. And of course anyone in need of a new Town Bike! 156 Abercrombie St, Redfern. Corner of Vine and Abercrombie Streets. He 's a very knowledgeable and helpful man.Great food, excellent ambiance, charming staff and drinks galore. Inspired by living in Amsterdam, the owners have stripped an old butcher shop back to the white tiles, with original mural of farm beasties and added funky cafe features.
Great coffee, love the atmosphere also really friendly staff. Make sure you order the dutch breakfast and the jam donuts are unreal if they haven't sold out already
Really cheap and laid back place. If you like bikes or need repairs it's a great place to go. The staff are super friendly. I've only ever really had coffee there but I like it. Lots of places to sit around and read from. The location is quite nice too. They do a lot of dutch style food and a lot of regulars go there. Good selection of newspapers to read.
