Parkside Bar at The Bat & Ball

That is the restaurant for the bat and ball hotel at the corner south dowling street and southern cross drive in sydney. the hotel is next to the moore park and the sydney cricket ground. the hotel is very nice with a large selection of...Vehicles on tap. eating is good with some excellent daily specialties of the icy chicken wings are popular. the service was efficient, friendly and they didn't wait long. worth a visit.

It was seriously overloaded for a drink at this place. we had dinner and then everyone had a drink after he went home. $22.50 for a cocktail and we were not told the trips or a bill for the drink. I only found out when we came home and saw the attack on our cards.

This was a good place for a pub lunch on a cold october day. the pub itself is old-fashioned and cozy, with many screens to enjoy in every sport under the sun. the food is delicious, and the price my carving. was enormous, and the portions of sweet and masque were more than generous. I wouldn't say this place is better than any other pub out there, but it's good for a casual lunch.

In the fled maus and ballhotel this restaurant is open with the main and all sport umbrellas. eating is very good. that makes it a great place to enjoy sport. my crispy ****, the fish, the crispy scarlet. were all very good. I recommend it to everyone.

I am a frequent visitor to the Bat and Ball having fallen in love their mac and cheese burger a delicious patty of deep fried mac 'n ' cheese in a brioche bun, topped off with 'burger ' sauce. Such a generic name but tastes so...good, I don 't care what 's in the sauce! The tacos (2 for $10) are also excellent and I frequently order some as a side. I don 't eat meat personally but I 'm advised the chicken burger is also excellent. The venue itself has lots of London memorabilia although that definitely isn 't the vibe it channels. Depending on which part of the pub you look at you could pick up on everything from standard Aussie hotel to US style diner. A variety of big screens also make this a great venue for watching sport.
