Marston's Meadow Farm - Redditch

Appalling. This restaurant serves the most expensive, disgusting, synthetic, microwaveable food that is nearly impossible to forget.

The service at Meadow Farm was very poor. My family and I visited the restaurant for my birthday and had made a reservation for a large party at 3 o'clock. Despite assuring us over the phone that there would be no problem, the waitress we spoke to upon arrival was not friendly. We were originally told a table would be ready by 12 o'clock, but the waitress who set our table was not accommodating. We just wanted to sit down with our 2-year-old daughter, but were told we couldn't because our table was not ready. Despite explaining that it was not our fault, we were left to set the table ourselves with the best napkins available. After having to wait for half an hour for our order to be taken, we were not satisfied with the service.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The dining experience is fantastic, with a lively and cheerful atmosphere. The staff is attentive and welcoming, and they even host a free quiz night on Thursdays! Perfect spot for couples, groups, and families, as they have a children's playground outside. High recommendation!

Nice pub, food is cheap if you can do the two for one offer. Portions are a bit smaller than most pubs, but overall it's a nice atmosphere and staff are generally friendly!

Unhappy. I've been on the meadow farm for a long time. but today was bad, chief did not arrive, management di nt come to apologize, but a waitress sent to do it for her, a personal apology would have meant much more. will not go back.
