Jack In The Box - Redding

People working the drive thru mic were confused and slow. Not efficient at all. The food was excellent, hot and fresh. There is no outdoor seating, but that's okay. Lot of people sitting, sleeping around the grounds or approaching your car, so I wouldn't feel safe outside anyway.

I have been going to Jack In The box for the last 59 years. I have always loved their food my favorite is their hamburgers and tacos. I have never been disappointed the employees have always been friendly courteous greet you with a smile. They're the best

I rarely hear back from owners managers, so I updated my review to 4 stars. I haven't visited Jack in the Box for a year and decided to go the Redding drive thru late Saturday evening Sunday morning, just after midnight. I didn't mind the 20+ minute wait because there were about 10 cars in front of me but when I got home, I found out that I was given the wrong burger order. The burger was alright but I was disappointed that I didn't get the Sourdough Jack like I expected. Other than that, the curly fries were pretty good.

Our Family has been here just a couple weeks. Its extremely quiet. Friendly people all around us. Pets are welcome and even have a little doggie run. Maintenance men and Lady at Front Counter very helpful and polite. Highly recommenced. Adam and Michelle.

My family and I were traveling on Thanksgiving and needed some fuel/food to sustain us on our journey. Every place was closed except for yours. We are grateful that you were open and working on Thanksgiving. Thank you.
