Cafe On The Lane Acoustic - Redbridge

This has been closed for about a year, doing a refurb. but taking ages to do this, not sure what it will be when eventually finished

This has obviously had a bit of a revamp but I am still not keen on the place, tried it again and the coffee was bitter and not very hot

Had the most delicious cheese and jalepino Panini and coffee. Coffee is wonderful. Mocka I had to ask.

We love going to Cafe On The Lane. Whether that's for breakfast (Summer Solstice and Backstage Pass are favourites), just for a coffee and a chat, or for a bit of cake. Run by lovely people, and amazing value. Go!

Totally fresh products, cooked with care and attention. Try the breakfast, avocado on toast with seeds and a delicious poached egg. The chef has really great skills. We also regularly take away the food for lunch and evening meals. Stews, chickpea curries , the most delicious toasted sandwiches in the area!! People should start to support this independent cafe vs. the boring overpriced highstreet chains!! Congratulations to the team at Cafe on the lane.
