Bidrage med feedbackI recently visited the Burger King Gants Hill and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor, with long wait times and staff who appeared uninterested in assisting customers. What was even more troubling was the rude and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the employees, both towards customers and a delivery driver I observed. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business, especially one that serves the public. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and employee training. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I’m a delivery driver and a manager in Asda. The people of this burger king are out of this world. They are so rude, illeterate, unprofessional and horrible including managers. I had a highly disappointing experience. I have so many things to say about this store. Firstly, one of the female staff named Sukh on her badge, she asked all of the drivers to give their phones to her to get some reviews. Like what the hell? Why drivers needs to help them by handing over their phones to that lady to show good image of store to customers. I found this to be both inappropriate and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for staff members to confiscate personal property, especially without a clear and valid reason. Secondly, there are no ACs working here, i heard all the customers complaining about it. And still management didn’t do anything. How can you expect from someone to sit here and eat in this hot weather? I trust that these matters will be taken seriously and resolved to prevent such incidents in the future.
My fries were flattened and cold. I couldn't eat them. My burger was barely warm, but edible.
Absolutely vile no pickles or sauce in the burgers. warm drinks and melted ice cream that had been put in the same bag as the burgers.
Absolutely rubbish, chips was soggy and burger felt like it was sitting there for ages and was hard
