Al-qasr - Redbridge

The Restaurant is very nice and interesting for typical Asian dishes with a great atmosphere. The Waiters and their service is very good and kind, always ready to give a wonderful experience on the food they have in the restaurant. I will be back to eat here soon with family or friends.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and it never disappoints. The manager is super friendly and staff overall are loverly. Food is hot and fresh always and tastes great! Would definitely recommend.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm and was surprised to find that it was completely empty except for my party. This made me question the popularity of the place. It was our first visit and will likely be our last. The waiter was not attentive and I had to seek him out for service as he seemed preoccupied with his phone, speaking in Bengali for an extended period of time. The menu options were limited and not very tasty, especially considering the high price of £18 per adult. The only positive aspect was the free parking, but this was likely due to the lack of cars in the parking lot. I would not return unless the price was significantly reduced, perhaps to £8 per adult.

The atmosphere and service at Al-Qasr were excellent! The food was tasty and there were plenty of options, which is not always the case with buffets. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend giving it a try. It's a fantastic spot for a meal with family or for breaking fast during Iftar.
