Abshar Indian Cuisine - Redbridge

We booked this restaurant a few weeks in advance for my mother's birthday on Boxing Day. The restaurant did not ask for any payment upfront, and I was reassured that everything was in order until they called on the day to say that I had not selected dishes from the menu. Despite my earlier communication, they informed me that they would not be able to accommodate us. I pleaded with them as it was a special occasion for my mother and all the guests had been informed, but they were unresponsive and the manager/owner was rude with no real explanation. I will never book this place again. If they do take bookings, they should have a contract in place as they seemed completely unprofessional with zero customer service.

The restaurant is beautiful with nice seating areas and furnishings, but the seating is a bit tight. The staff is friendly and welcoming with smiles, and the atmosphere and decor are lovely. The service is prompt, and the food is good, though a bit mild. There aren't many vegetarian options, but I still managed to enjoy my meal.

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. The service was excellent and the food selection was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

First time go to this restaurant september. we were greeted with friendly staff. eating was absolutely amazing, all cooked from fresh in the spot. the personal could not do enough for us. stare all round. cc can't wait to go back.

Great food, delivery little slow, but worth the wait. Very tasty. Only criticism is the portions and small.
