Whataburger - Red Oak

Online order placed before I got to the store too 30 minutes to make not sure what they’re doing back there

Customer service is a plus they are so amazing and sweet.Wheelchair accessibility: Right at the front door you can’t ask for less

THE ABSOLUTE WORST WHATABURGER!!! Do not waste your time!!!Placed a mobile order at 10:30pm after leaving a concert to pick up at 11:11-11:15.Arrived at 11:11 and waited until 11:50pm just to be told they’re making it repeatedly over and over.. I finally had to force the child behind the counter to get his manager and give us a refund. This was all for TWO TAQUITOS!!!!!There is absolutely no reason you should be waiting over an hour for your food at whataburger…period!! Especially after utilizing the mobile app.DO NOT GO HERE..Save your sanity and go to the whataburger off the highway in Red Oak.

Getting off from work around 11:00pm there was no one at the drive through and as I proceeded to come upon the drive through window to my surprise no one was there I set and waited over 15 minutes with no answer just horrible

This whataburger looks pretty new. It was clean on the inside. Honestly it's not getting a great review for the service. The food was good just took a long time to get. They have a double drive thru but they didn't have the 2nd line open but you didn't know that til you waited for someone to tell you. I decided to go inside to order since by the time I got around to the first lane 3 cars had gotten there. Once inside there were about 8 employees there but only about 3 of them working and the ones that were working were not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed you were there.
