Casey's - Red Oak

There was no sauce on the pizza. I called to work it out with the store. I was informed that I was incorrect, no pizza leaves without sauce. It's just not much sauce. Guess Casey's has decided to make extreme cut backs on ingredients. To bad, they must of got tired of selling famously food pizza.

Personally this is unprofessional and not sanitary. When employees are going in and out of the store with no shoes on.Yuall want someone to tend to you like this? Or make your food like this?

Ordered pizza on the app for pickup. I get to the store about 15 minutes after the app said it should be done but they hadn't even started my order. Tried saying it never popped up as I watched her take the print out and toss it. Asked me what I had ordered like she didn't just read it and never asked for proof of payment so she obviously saw that I ordered and paid already. Tried the other Casey's just north from this one and 10x better, this one could learn from them.

Honestly better than pizza hut in taste but the fact you don't do delivery in cash any more mad me stop ordering if you guys did that again you would have gotten the 5 star.

They have gone downhill with the food products they serve. And the staff doesn't always know the products or answer I wasn't showed how to do that.
