Captain Bob's Crabs - Red Lion

I have been dining at Capt Bob's my whole life. The seasoning is consistently good, but the crabs have been disappointing recently. We ordered two dozen extra large crabs for my dad and they were definitely not extra large. I would classify them as more of a medium/large mix. Overall, I would rate the food as a 2 out of 5.

The crab at this restaurant is always good, although I didn't find them all to be large. However, I had a negative experience with the person working in the trailer. He was very rude to me when my card's chip malfunctioned and it took three tries to get it to work. He was slow and took a phone call in between swiping my card, then blamed me for the delay to another customer. I didn't mean for my card to malfunction. If you can't handle a minor issue, don't schedule so many customers to come at the same time next time!

Crabs were good as usual, not all the great of my opinion after. the guy in the trailer was very rude to me when my card chip was bothered and it took 3 times until it went through. even if he took one and moved himself like a turtle between card tails, he told a customer that I screwed him all, why he had to wait. I'm sorry bud didn't disturb my card. next time don't say so many people to show up at the same time if they can't handle a small hiccup!
