Bidrage med feedbackMy recent dining experience at Indian Kitchen Bar and Grill in Red Deer was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The owner, in particular, was super friendly, welcoming, and patient, qualities that truly enhance the overall dining experience. The food was an absolute delight. We ordered the Palak Paneer and Shrimp Curry, accompanied by a side of rice and cheese naan. Each dish was well-seasoned, authentic, and tantalizingly tasty. My daughter, who is selective with her food, was also thrilled with the offerings. The dishes reminded us of the Indian restaurants we frequented in Toronto, offering a nostalgic touch to our meal. What's more, the food was served promptly, and the owner checked in regularly to ensure we were satisfied with our meal, a gesture that showed their commitment to excellent customer service. In a growing city like Red Deer, I would highly recommend Indian Kitchen Bar and Grill to my local neighbors, as well as tourists visiting our city. Their commitment to quality food and customer satisfaction is exemplary. It's a 5-star experience you wouldn't want to miss!As a side-note, in also ordered a blue lagoon and two other sodas , which contributed to the cost of the bill. It’s a fairly priced restaurant especially with the quality of food here.
We ordered Daal tarka, paneer bhurji and matar mushroom along with salad and some roti. We requested some green chillies for spice to which they cleanly denied !In food, only daal was a little better than others but the rest of the dishes were completely bland.Paneer bhurji was sweet and with matar mushroom, you can’t taste anything. In dessert, we ordered kulfi which was flavourful. In service, The girls serving us were helpful and polite. But if I sum it up, then Not a good experience….
I ordered takeout food yesterday which was worth $63 dollars for my family and we were staying at a hotel. I asked the waiter who brought my food if I could have cutlery because I am staying in a hotel with my big order and this girl says that she has to charger me one dollar per Cutlery. I said but I order a big order shouldn’t it come with cutleries automatically for free and she kept insisting I pay $1.00 for each one. The girl who took my order was very sweet but the girl who brought my food who was insisting I pay $1.00 was very disappointing. I would never come to order here again.
Food was good. But service wasn’t very good. I ordered Chicken Tikka and requested for spice level to be mild but it’s wasn’t mild and so my son couldn’t eat the food. Secondly, the waitress recommend us order our dessert masala tea with our main order. But then they brought our dessert and masala tea in the middle of our dinner ?! When we were telling that waitresses that we are not done with our dinner, she just ignored what we were saying and put the masal tea and left. So then our waitress brings the ice cream as well and we had too tell her to take the dessert masal tea away! Finally manager comes to find out what’s going on and when my husband was telling the whole scenario, at that he mentions that Chicken Tikka’s spice level can’t be changed which our didn’t even alert us. So we are not happy with their service!
So , I ordered on skip and I am vegetarian , but I received wrong order : Order was vegetable biryani and smosa char : recieved biryani which was ok but instead of smosa char I got something made of chicken which I don’t eat !!! , tried calling store , no response , skip does it refunded my money . It’s unacceptable and poor service , Jyoti :Server on receipt could call me ask for replacement if they don’t had instead of sending this . It’s really disgusting. Never coming with my friends there.
