Del Taco - Red Bluff

I just have to share their new employee Irish is the best customer service I have had in a long time. Even though our food was taking awhile and you could tell she was newer she was the sweetest, nicest, and best customer service person I have delt with in awhile. They need to keep her around.

I was hoping it would be better than Taco Bell but no such luck. Service was good and store was clean.

Don’t expect hot food when ordering here. I ordered fries, which were just over room temperature. When I went back to inform them of this, I was informed that I had to specifically request fresh fries when ordering otherwise this is what I was gonna get.What?!? No!And when I incredulously tried to explain to the person at the window that getting hot fries was a reasonable expectation, I was informed that it had been a policy set by the owner.

I love Del Taco, the hamburgers and combo burrito. Best of all French fries w/ cheese, shredded. Been going there since the seventies.

I ordered a burrito, nothing special, but order was not done right. Sad to say my review since i loved this place
