It immediately notices that this is well visited before location. Although we live in recklinghausen, this has not happened to me on site, we were after a Balkan restaurant and we should get that too. the waitress had everything perfect in the handle despite the full saale and was absolutely friendly and very symphonic all the time. They noticed that passionate and fun is gastronomy. we ordered a plate for 2 persons with mixed meat, rice pommes, vegetables, all that belongs to it. before there was an salate from the buffet. it tasted excellent, the portions were neat and the service perfect. Conclusion: absolutely recommended!
Very nice restaurant in quiet location, parking right in front of the door. we have tried some dishes and were always enthusiastic. especially recommended are the steaks, really very good.
General: Saturday evening, obligatory visit to the large palm kernels in Recklinghausen. 2 degrees outside temperature, by the wind felt 10 degrees colder. So we could not imagine different small things in the cold at the wind on the main square. Warm yourself up in a restaurant and eat something decent instead of Kirmes Finger Food. The restaurant Dalmacija is just 5 minutes from here by car via the highway. Location: The restaurant Dalmacija is located in the north of Recklinghausen, almost to the city border Erkenschwick. Directions: About the A43 Abf. Recklinghausen Nord Erkenschwick. at the 1st traffic light right and immediately after a few meters left to the right into the dead end, you are there. It is very quiet more or less in the green. In front of the restaurant there are some parking spaces and opposite a very large parking lot, which is probably part of a forest sports grounds. Ambiente: It looks very beautiful from the outside. Take a few steps (for wheelchair users it becomes difficult) to get to the restaurant. We were kindly received by a woman. We would have had a table in the right room or in the big bright room where you can almost stand. We chose the big bright room directly. The walls are partly equipped with clinker stones, typical Balkan style, some mirrors and the typical arcs on the outside to the gable. Some wooden beams are also attached above the last table series. The tables are all covered with beautiful fabric tablecloths in apricots and yellow paper servings. Add salt pepper shaker and a vase with a flower and a candle in the optically matching candlestick. It was all very clean and tidy. Almost in the middle of the big room is the salad buffet. What we didn't like in the big room, but it was pretty bright. Although we sat on the back left in the corner, we have all the conversations of the other guests from the other side. You should somehow try to contain some noise in the big room. The audience was mixed from the beginning of 30 to the senior age. Some younger people were also present with their parents. Food: The menus were delivered very quickly. We ordered our drinks directly. 1x 0,3l Köpi for 2,20€, 1x Köpi Alster (the slightly larger version) 0.5l for 3,50€ and 1x a small bottle of mineral water for 2,10€. The drinks were served very quickly and at good temperature. The menu includes various appetizers, salads, vegetarian dishes, various fish dishes, steaks, of course Balkan specialities and international dishes as well as some different dishes for small hunger. We chose 1x Cevapcici for 10 €, 1x Grill Plate for 13, € and 1x Putensteak Champignon for 13.50€. We could put the salad on the salad buffet. Everything was fresh and also plentiful the typical things we, Kraut, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, corn, onions etc. with two different dressings, 1x yogurt and 1x French cocktail, both very delicious. The dishes were served in a pleasant waiting period. 7 really well seasoned and delicious with Knobi enriched Cevapcici with very tasty thin pommes and delicious non-cooked Djuwetsch rice. In addition onions and Ajvar. The grill plate consisted of 2 Cevapcici, 1 Raznjici, 1 piece of steak very well seasoned, pork steak and 1 strip of bacon with the same side dishes as the Cevapcici plate. The meat was not grilled dry. The Putensteak Champignon has a delicious cream sauce and fresh mushrooms. There were also 4 roasts. The food was very delicious. In the meantime, a cook and a little Ajvar were reordered and served immediately. For the quite laffe Ajvar (from the large glass) then 2. € were calculated on the invoice. The subsequent payment was also very fast. What some guests will miss here is the obligatory Julischka or Slivovic after eating or paying. Wasn't bad for me anymore, because I had a drink before and had to take us home by car. Conclusion: Delicious dishes, the portions are completely sufficient and the operation was also quite fleeting. The PLV also fits. We'll be back. Edit: We visited the quality of the food for four times last November 2014.
