Bom bar and restaurant no Hotel Gran Mercure Boa Viagem

Looking forward to dinner. Went to to the bar but had to go over and ask to be served. Dinner was awful. prawns with garlic served with the shells on and the black digestive tract still in the prawns. My packet of cutlery had only 2 knives in it. The Fillet mignon was so tough I couldn't chew it. They did replace it without fuss
