Roosters - Reading

Today, I placed an order at this restaurant and went to pick it up. When I arrived, I saw a staff member at the back with his hand down his trousers scratching himself. After he finished, he continued preparing orders. When I complained, he just smiled and spoke to his colleague in a foreign language. I decided not to pick up my order. The staff was extremely unprofessional and showed no regard for hygiene. I would recommend staying away from this place.

Ordered via Deliveroo the burger was excellent, the chicken strips were excellent, the grilled halloumi however tasted like plastic, and they put way too much piri piri powder on the fries, I feel like this place could be great, they just need to spend a little more time making certain parts of their menu better

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. This was only our second time ordering from them, and the delivery arrived without the chicken burger we had ordered. When I called the store, they insisted that they had made it and accused me of lying. They informed me that I would have to wait an hour for it to be redelivered. Despite promising a refund, I never received a call back. I also emailed the company, but have yet to receive a response. I will not be ordering from them again.

The food was excellent, it was nice and hot and cooked to a very high standard also the customer service was excellent very polite and cheerful driver. I fully recommend.

Unfortunately although this place used to be great it has now become obsessed with deliveroo meaning it used to be quality food ready quickly it is now mediocre food delivered slowly. Do not visit if you want good fast food.
