Perfect Fried Chicken - Reading

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. It feels like they are doing you a favor by even talking to you. Unfortunately, unless something goes wrong with your order, you may not always see this behavior.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The fried chicken was overcooked and tough, resembling shoe leather or an old boot. I will not be returning, as they do not offer a fillet burger on their menu.

I visited this restaurant at night when no other places were open. The food was ready, but when I tried to pay using Apple Pay, the worker rudely informed me that their card machine wasn't working. They then proceeded to speak to a colleague, presumably about me, in a disrespectful manner. I found the customer service to be rude and ignorant, so unfortunately, I had to go hungry that night. It's disappointing that they seem to be trying to avoid charging VAT on orders, ultimately leaving someone without a meal.

Couldn’t be bothered to deliver the order I paid for, even though they put a leaflet through my door. Pathetic.

Popped in for dinner on a Saturday evening grabbed a chicken fillet burger, 9 wings! Fillet burger was out together ok, not too sloppy a bit too much mayonnaise in comparison to the amount of lettuce it was supposed to hold in. But was hot and tasted good. The wings were hot (temperature) crispy skin and succulent seasoned meat and not too spicy just a enough kick to remind you of their name... Would recommend the massala Fish in this particular PFC as it’s some of the best fish I’ve ever had. If your not looking for chicken of course!!!
