Kfc Reading Gate Retail Park

The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, and I enjoyed the interactive experience at Itsu. It was like a less impressive version of Yo-Sushi. Instead of using QR codes, they had a kiosk system and the staff would deliver the food themselves instead of using a conveyor belt. Unfortunately, the kiosk had incorrect descriptions, so when I ordered the vegan sushi plate, I had to select a picture that belonged to something else. If I had ordered based on the names, it would have been more accurate. The service was quick, and the staff at the collection site were pleasant and even offered to carry my trays. The food itself was okay, decent value but a bit overpowering with too much ginger and coriander. Overall, it was a decent experience that was elevated by the friendly staff.
