Coffee Under Pressure - Reading

Cosy café opposite a quiet church park beautiful coffee and staff! Definitely a must visit if you love independent cafes

This coffee shop is a fantastic spot for delicious coffee and treats. The service is friendly, the coffee and food are top-notch, and there is a nice variety of teas to choose from. The location is beautiful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street but still centrally located in Reading. It's the perfect place to go for some relaxation and a break from it all.

Tucked away in a corner near St Mary's Butts church, this is a gem of a place. A good selection of coffee, all of which is delicious. I also had carrot cake which was beautiful. I sat inside, but there is outdoor seating if you prefer. Seems to be frequented by Reading's Italian community, amongst others, which can't be a bad thing. The staff are excellent.

Excellent customer service, Maria was very welcoming and friendly. I had carrot cake which was very soft fresh, tried 2 different coffee; nice and balanced. Will visit again. Dee

First and foremost they serve excellent coffee here, whatever your preferred being method. Additionally they have a great selection of savoury and sweet snacks the feta and spinach filo is delicious and not only is the pastel de nara excellent, but it's compatriot the custard cake, with cinnamon and icing sugar, it's delicious! The staff are warm, friendly, and genuine. This was written on my first, but hopefully not my last visit
