Cpl weeks back, had to have a young man remake my pizzas after watching the young ladies , with long braids past their waist, make my pizzas while touching their hair and face and their noses. When the one girls braid dragged across my pizza, i had to stop it and have someone else make it. Def won't go back there u n less I can watch them make it myself and even then..probably not. I'm sure more happens at other places you never see, but when I DO see it.. yeah, nope, not eating that. If that braid could be casually drug across my pizza, what else has her hair been touching? All day long? Mngmnt should require food safety classes. And hair pulled all the way back so it can't touch the food. Had asked to just get my money back, but since I paid on the app it was going to be a hassle. Can't see myself going back, ever.

This location is the best place to get food in Raytown. Been in there several times the last 6 months and ALWAYS receive friendly and great service. The 2 young gentleman that helped me Devon and the other I am sorry, I forgot his name; however, they are a shining light for their generation. I hope that these 2 young men can mentor their peers and teach them how to be just like themselves! Simply amazing!

These people are stupid I came in ask for a stuffed crust meat lovers they said ok made the pizza and when I got to my vehicle I noticed the crust was a bit flat so I went in with the pizza and asked if it was stuffed crust they replied we don't make stuff crust. So they waited till paid and walked out once to tell me they couldn't make the order I asked for.

Great service, the customer service though can be better, because I rather not here about an employees plans , the talk must always stay professional while performing at work.
