With 12 years of restaurant experience, I understand that underoccupied can lead to a variety of problems... but many restaurants work through them with much more grace than TOTM. The food here was good, I know how it's back there. The service was only terrible. A combination of more hands and bad training practices. In the end, the current state of this place is far below par and in any case it is based on management problems. Or maybe they just prioritize members and don't care about the public..

Bad service, managers do not treat employees well, food is amazing only annoying people.

Bad service and food I've had so far in Missouri. It makes no sense to have a beautiful golf course and a facility and to turn around and hire a waitress without hospitality skills and a chef who obviously does not have a basic culinary knowledge. It was so bad that I would need 10 pages to break how terrible the food was. Dennys would be an upgrade compared to the chaos they served. Four adults and no one ate, but a few bites of their meals... when it was finally served. I was so disappointed because I was better than that easy.

Lots of seating, Nachos appetizer was good with grilled chicken. Monterey Chicken sandwich is very flavorful. Onion rings crispy. Service was just OK.

Went based on the reviews, took 10 minutes just for someone to get our drinks, ordered everything all at once, appetizer came out about 10 minutes later, took 20 more minutes for kids meals, and about 45 minutes for the adult meals to come out. The kids were done eating by the time our meals were out, my shrimp on my salad was luke warm, and my husband's sandwich was subpar. Would not recommend this place, definitely was not worth the amount of time it took to get our food.
