This used to be an above average Dunkin location … until it switched ownership. Now, you wait forever to place/pick up an order even if you’re the only one there. Nine times out of ten, your order is either wrong or incomplete. They always seem to sell out of things early in the day. The service is sub par and very slow. Many of the employees are not professional. I tried to give grace as the new ownership figured things out, but it’s been several months now and nothing has changed, it may have even gotten worse. What used to be an enjoyable stop that took less than ten minutes from start to finish (even if the drive through line was around the building) is now a disappointment that takes at least 20 minutes (even if you’re the only one there).

Sterile environment, no donuts or anything visible to the guest. Reminds of a cafeteria environment. Wasn't worth the money especially for not fresh donuts .
