Restoran Fook Sheng Sdn. Bhd. - Rawang

Went there for Chinese New Year lunch with relatives. Food was ok only, but prices are above average.

Called and reserved seat with the shop earlier but when we arrived at the shop, the workers said that they are unable to serve as they were a lots of other customers and they dont have enough cooks. After some talks, managed to get a seat but took so long to take the orders. Decided to walk out of the restaurant and the workers didn't even try to apologise and instead just acted as though nothing happen. Such an unprofessional behaviour and very disappointing. Never visiting this restaurant again.

Service very bad and unfriendly, we booked table at 730pm and until 9pm still not yet ready the rice.

Was thinking of a restaurant for different family members to gather for lunch together in Rawang and Restaurant Fook Sheng came to mind. Our group were all made up of senior citizens aged 60's to 80's, with 2 already dependent on support to shuffle along. Fook Sheng has ample parking and a wheelchair ramp. They also have wide spaces in between tables. Fook Sheng offers a wide variety of Chinese cuisine and friendly wait staff.

Food not as good as before and portion much smaller. I can understand as raw material cost increased and business not that good
