Ben Gong's Tea Annandale Va

I am a big fan of ben gong for long time, but today it was Disappointed that’s jasmine rice the one of my favorite and been ordered was terrible!!! The rice topping tastes sour like spoiled food. And I call them, she was answer like I don’t care because I can’t do anything!!! And I bring another one back to them for refund and let’s them taste she said is normal, but I am know better about the order because I drink that milk tea every week….. that’s I say I was not ok, I will say bye for this brand this is a bad service I ever had

My third time having Ben Gong’s Tea. It’s fantastic. Hope they open more stores!!

With the Snackpass app, you get rewards and free drinks here. The matcha drinks were my favorite, but their mango and Dahongpao drinks are delicious as well. They are REALLY friendly make many amazing drinks! I visited this place a lot! I miss Virginia.

Was excited a Ben Gong location opened in the Annandale area as I frequently go to the others around the DMV and it is my favorite chain among bubble tea places. However, this location has a rather odd practice of adding sparkling tea to their lemon green tea which none of the other locations have ever done in my experiences with the same order. It makes the tea taste diluted and bitter compared to all of my past experiences with the same order. When I asked the employees if there was a mistake, they said they top all lemon green tea off with sparkling tea. If I wanted sparkling tea I would order the sparkling tea.

We loooooove this place and come here after shopping or eating at KMarket. They have unique drinks you can’t find at other boba places and they are consistently GOOD! We also appreciate the point system they use. They do cheese foam like no other!
