I'm totally happy... The food was very tasty, service totally friendly and the rooms very cozy and rustic. Can only be recommended...

We were Easter for family dinner. It wasn't intoxicating. The main foods were medium. For example, if I order sour roasts, I really want sour roasts. But under the sauce there were 1 slice of pork (has nix look in the sauce) and then as expected 1 slice of beef. Tasteful is a lot of air up. The dishes were fade. It wasn't really cost. I can praise the foreign staff. Unlike the German occupation, the rulers were very friendly. All in all, the Schrammsteinbaude gets only naja and not to meet me again.

Main dish was very good and went fast, but on the dessert buttermilk plens) waited a three-quarter hour, on request of the service said it was between still guests on the terrace outside, where the kitchen then had to finish the orders. When our dessert came, it was not baked, in still raw dough, the waiter said that it must be, the kitchen will not get another way. No excuse or discount that would have been reasonable as it was a rather expensive dessert with 5,20 €.

We were there with a wedding party and grilled in the evening. Very well suited for larger celebrations, because the place and the views are simply beautiful. The food also tastes good. Unfortunately, the approach is very bumpy, so slowly drive when you want to go back. But the team is very friendly and you will be served after a short waiting period. Everything behind a beautiful landscape, worth a visit. There are accommodation options in bungalows, sometimes equipped with double beds, also suitable for school classes. Hiking opportunities are nearby. So take hiking maps and go to Saxon Switzerland.
