The Park Grill

We had a dreadful experience here last Sunday evening. One waitress told us the specials and when we tried to order one of the specials from another waitress she challenged us, saying it wasn’t on the menu and was quite rude. We persisted and eventually she checked and confirmed it was on the menu but didn’t apologise. She then took our order incorrectly and we were served the wrong dish. We were told it would be replaced and wasn’t. The whole thing was a complete and utter shambles. What should have been a nice family meal was ruined but terrible service. Never again!

Stopped for a quick lunch, what a joke. Kitchen busy with party booking do we mind waiting for 15 mins before ordering, no problem. What happened after that, two sandwiches and two soups defies belief. Makes Faulty Towers look like a five star hotel.

Am so irate about our visit yesterday, expecting a simple, speedy lunch. Suffice to say that we won't be back, will ensure that friends won't make the same mistake as us. The issues are too many to log here.

This is the second time I’ve visited here and both times terrible....my kids meals were only ok but mine I ordered a toasted sandwich which must have been left under the grill to keep warm so was rock hard and burnt...trying to get the staffs attention was worse..,,never ever again

Ate here every night on out family get away and the foods was always 100% and the staff were also 100%..
