Crosby's Ransomville

In my travels I came to this location. The store manager was rude and disrespectful. she was more concerned being on her cellular device than helping out customers.

Food is okay for a gas station, the manager Shana there is always rude to her employees and customers. The parking lot is always dirty and littered with trash. And I always see dishes sitting on the floor from the sub station. Honestly they need some new management. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a tuna submarine sandwich, gave the clerk my name and number then went to pick it up. Stood in line and then paid for the sub. 5 minutes later was informed that the store didn't have any tuna fish. They could have said that when I ordered the sub, called me before I went to pick it up or proir to me paying for it. Sorry customer service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I was at Crosby's in Ransomville Ny a few times in the last two weeks and A lady with a grey shirt on was completely rude to customers including myself and was talking about other employees her name was Shanna I think that's how you spell her name I asked another employee if I could talk to the manager about how rude and disrespectful she was to others and myself and I was told she was the manager of that store and I was thinking to myself that this lady is by fare not management worthy she is rude snappy inconsiderate everyone else are very nice and friendly especially the two red shirts that work there the female I believe her name is Carol and a young man don't remember his name but they both are more management material then the lady Shanna that you have working there as one she comes across that she is above all employees underneath her and she comes across as her **** don't stink one day I was going n the store I overheard her tell the other lady Carol that she's on a different level than her assistant managers and can leave the kitchen in shambles which is completely wrong in my opinion you guys to need to find someone that can be a better manager than the one you have right now a manager should assist other employees and be more respectful and not talk about other employees and their families like she does she is totally wrong for this company being a manager I thought about calling the better business and turning this store and company in but someone told me to try leaving a review first and see if she gets dealt with if I ran this company I would have that Carol or the young man in the red shirt Manager of this store the are completely better mannered and respectful than the one you have now and there are so many ot that feel the way I do about her but don't have the balls to step up and say anything thanks for your time and I sure hope you look into her and fix the situation or you will lose a lot of good employees and I heard of a lot that have already left because of her already
