Domino's Pizza - Randleman

The new New York style pizza at this restaurant is disappointing. The service was slow and the pizza was not cut properly. It's frustrating that they only cut the pizza into 5 slices.

To my surprise, the same delivery lady came back a second time, still in the pouring rain. She stepped out of her car into a huge mud puddle, all while continuing to smile. I apologized again for the confusion and the rain, but she was so understanding and even gave me a hug, saying God bless me. Despite all the confusion and the fact that she was literally soaking wet, she remained composed, professional, and positive. She never stopped smiling and was so kind and consoling. It was truly an outstanding display of dedication and customer service. This young lady, Dakota Moore, is a wonderful person, employee, and an inspiration to others. Thank you, Miss Dakota, for your hard work and amazing attitude in the pouring rain. The pizza was still hot, and the drink was still cold - you are truly appreciated.
