Mcdonald's - Randallstown

Sitting on Sunday afternoon, after lunch the rush should be finished (approx. 3). it took 30 minutes until our meal was finished. online via the app for table service ordered, and not only was it delivered to the table, but it was packed to-go instead on a tablet. worth money is in order, especially with the loyalty points of the app, but service was bad. Moreover, the sandwiches were beaten together and not well presented.

This location is one of the worse! They remodeled but the service and the food lacks. I have a child who loves McDonald 's so you can imagine I frequent McDonald 's quite a bit! This one is the closet to my house but I will sometimes go out of my way to go to another one. They can be slow, unorganized, the self service kiosk is either down, or can 't take cash. They almost always say they are out of apple pies, they mess up your order, and the food is just hit or miss! And do not order doordash through them because you sometimes end up with completely the wrong order. Now, this may be a combination of both McDonald 's and Doordash 's fault but either way it is a hassle. If you can avoid this location, please do so!

It was okay the nuggets had no flavor it was like eating a texture but no taste. The fries were 8/10 they're just to small and for what i got the totalcozt was 20 dollirs so it wasnot at all worth it. Over all rating is 2 stars

The customer service is garbage, they gave my son a burger with no burger in it, when you order mobile the app will say one price but they charge you another. This is the worst location that rude manager need to be fired

I came early in the morning around 50 minutes after they opened to get breakfast before at one of the only places that are supposed to be open very early in the morning. As I go through the drive through, the screens were not on however, there are multiple people inside. I double checked the hours on the door and online to make sure I wasn’t in the wrong but they were indeed open. Multiple employees saw me at the window and ignored me which is unacceptable. It’s not like I was there 5 minutes after they opened, it was almost an hour after opening. You’d think after being completely remodeled the employees would be better, but clearly they are not.
