Panera Bread - Rancho Cucagmonga

This has happened several times. I order to go and I wait for the order at the counter. I am standing near the counter when I get the notification that the order is complete. No one called my order out. Then I try to talk to get the attention of anyone working the kitchen and every employee ignores me. They didn't call it out because they were short a plain bagel. I know their reasons. I can see they are making a ton of catering orders. Just acknowledge problems. I hope they actually refund me for the plain bagel I was charged and didn't get. I can't go here anymore.

I think many of us like what is served here.I ordered a pumpkin soup and half a sandwich and it was DELICIOUS!!!!

I had a good experience at this Panera! The customer service was super nice, and the place was clean. The food was good, but the only tiny hiccup was that they tend to run out of their coffee brew pots that are out. However, despite that, overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

I always enjoy a lunch date at Panera. A favorite is the value duet of the napa almond sandwich with the wild rice soup. I recently tried the chipotle avocado chicken melt and it was SOOOO good! Highly recommend! Their kitchen sink cookie is also amazingggg....but 800 calories no exaggerating. Service is pretty fast. The SIP club subscription is also great value to get unlimited drinks per month. I sign up whenever they offer me a meal, but it would truly be worth it even without a special deal.
