Are there new owners? Food was the same-ish but portions a lot smaller, didn’t come with the usual sides, wasn’t hot, etc. so disappointing, we’ve been coming here for 20 years

Definitely new owners. Food isn't terrible but no where near as good as it was. Another story of someone who took a place with really good food and changed it.

Good food although nothing special. 5 stars for service though! Had to change order even though chef had started due to lack of time but they were very chill about it!

I would not have given them a three-star rating if it were not the double deep fried brown noodle which deserves some credit. The sweet and sour pork and egg-plant dishes were a disaster—they were nothing but “a thick layer” of bread crumbs fried in high temperature. Look at the photos and you will know what I meant. We had to get through a thick layer of crumb, spitted it before getting to the tiny portion of meat in the sweet sour pork. Refer to the photo. Worst sweet and sour pork and egg plant I ever had in a restaurant! I don’t know what type or style of cooking it was! The way they prepared the dishes were definitely not Chinese food! I don’t even know how they have gotten several hundreds of high reviews!
