Pancake Republic - Rancho Anahi

We ate twice here. there was a great choice and the food was delicious and a lot to eat every time.

Had an breakfast here and nothing to write home. only one run of the mill, busy because of its position.

I leaned on 1 star, but since I had no pancakes that would be a little unfair. our table had Mexican kitchen to breakfast chiliquiles, huevos rancheros, etc. it was pretty bad. like hawaii Mexicans eat badly. they probably have good pancakes and waffel, but with so many restaurants in pinkrito why risk it? this place has the advantage of being right in front of the hotel pinkrito beach, but not the advantage of making something Mexican very good.

They make a hollandaise sauce that will make you cry with love. The juice are fresh and the sides terrific my partner had the strawberry pancakes. Fluffy and light and I love that they open really early.

Creo que tendrían que poner mas atención en cuanto al café, eso es primordial en el desayuno, y mas si es acompañado de una buena platica, pueden pasar varios minutos sin que alguien te llene tu taza, ese es uno de los únicos puntos que yo criticaria
