I always grab my branch on my way to work BMT sandwich ? with chicken salad ? ,spacious and good customer service .

Put in online order only to wait in the store 20 minutes as they helped every customer who came through the door before making my food. Sandwiches are now way overpriced and the service is still terrible. Do better.

I love subway, I will always get it every chance I can but I won't be ordering online again. I got 2 foot long meals so 2 drinks and 2 sides (total of 4 cookies) I went to pick up my order and only saw one drink so I asked for another cup since I got 2. Dude said I only ordered one, no sir I got two look at the receipt. Says okay and tells me to just grab a cup. So since they forgot my drink I checked the rest of my food, yup forgot 2/4 cookies so I tell them, hey I'm also missing 2 cookies. And he wants to check my receipt again. So I finally get my cookies and drink and leave. Can you guys hire people that read??
