My family and I use Lotitos for everything. The past couple of times it’s really gone down hill. I went with my husband for lunch. We shared a sandwich, macaroni salad, and an empanada. We ended up throwing almost all of it out. The sandwich was eggplant, fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers. It was a wet, soggy, bland mess. The macaroni salad had way too much thick mayo it was not even edible, and the empanada that’s just Ortega packet taco meat tasted like it was fried in old oil. I decided to give them another chance today and immediately when I walked in the place smelled rancid. As I waited a while to be helped and for my order that was previously called in, I looked around and saw a mess. Everything just grossed me out. The hot food station was a disaster. It looked like food that had been sitting out since the morning. There was food all over the counters. There were flies in the bakery cases. It was uncleanly and stunk to say the least. There were at least 5 staff members from what I saw and no one seemed to know which end was up. Customers weren’t being helped. It just was an overall disaster. I will not be going back to Lotito’s and neither will my family. Do not waste your money.

Just had a catered event and the food and service were great. Everyone raved about the food and desserts that we served. We will definitely use again, as will some of our guests. Thank you, Lotito’s…Well Done

We had a terrible experience at this place. Stopped here to get cupcakes for an event. The person assisting us mentioned them to be 2$/ea. And after waiting for an eternity to pick up the order they charged $3/ea. And taste was no good either. I am never going back here.
