KFC - Ramona

The service provided by the cashiers and manager was much better than average fast food chains who seem to only want to take your money and send you off. They were very polite. The new grilled chicken is now one of my favorites and the restaurant itself is a clean environment.

This assessment could not be for this particular location, but for the overall experience I had with this company as a whole. I have many great memories of this place. I've been here for a long time and always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Typically, I enjoy coming with friends and just taking a quick bite. It is so convenient and all employees are able to get through the line at a speed that is appreciated. Like most places, they are animal-friendly for most animals, although I never understood why people bring their animals to ANY restaurant, unless they help with a physical need. As far as food is concerned, I was never really disappointed. Even if I had a mistake, they always did it to me and went beyond and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before I left. I will continue to eat here and I will continue to do my best to send more customers to this facility. If you are in the mood for something fast and delicious, then this is the place for you! Don't look further than your neighborhood, I'm sure you'll find one there.

Me and my wife came when she was having late pregnancy cravings, and we were treated with dignity and respect.

Bad. I have only gone to this KFC twice and I have no intention of returningUnfortunately the customer service is absolutely awful.
