Bidrage med feedbackI don't know why I keep coming back here. I use their app to order. If I choose curbside pick up, it takes about 10 minutes to get the food, which is entirely too long. And like today, I chose drive thru and got up to the window and they had no clue about the order, and had an attitude with me like it's somehow my fault they do not know what they are doing, even after showing 3 different people my code.
Ordered 3 items in the drive thru and they got 1 wrong. Then they tried to charge me $22 when my order actually came to $4.86. Then I had to pull over to the side and wait so I asked for them to bring out ketchup with my order. They didn't so I had to go inside and get my own. The three items took 13 minutes, one was cold, and the lettuce on the other one was brown and wilted. Not so much as an apology. Will never return!
Ordered breakfast on kiosk. Didn't have frappes, said machine was broke. Tried to give me iced coffee. Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes with extra order of scrambled eggs. Got 2 orders of folded egg instead. No hotcakes. By far worst McDonald's experience ever. Never again.
Had to drive down wait on food, asked for ketchup at window, and none in bag. No straws either. I park and go in the manager asks me if there were no straws in lobby? I told him I dunno we came by drive thru. The fries were the worst I have had. Some were crunchy and other soggy.
Dined in with my family for the first time tonight. Staff went above and beyond, exceeding expectations. Hospitality Manager, Germaine stopped by our table offered my 3 year old a special treat (M M McFlurry) for after his meal. Michelle delivered our food to our table later returned with a bonus vanilla ice cream cone. Five Star McDonalds experience!
