Bidrage med feedbackMy man and I tried to come twice. the first hours after they said they were open, and the doors are closed. the second, today, my birthday with a group of people around 1230 (online says open about 12) the hotel says that they don't open up to 1, which is good, but update their online hours. there was a group of 7 that they missed on the business, because unfortunately we did not decide to wait.
I really wanted to love this place. You can say that when it was opened first, it was cool, and many thoughts were put into it. Unfortunately, it was not maintained. My husband and I visited 5ish on Sunday, there were a few employees, but we waited a good time before we could order drinks. The entire bar was dirty, everything was sticky (the chairs that are torn and torn, the floor, the bar above, our card when it was returned to us, and drinks were spilled that were not cleaned. There were girls who stumbled around, the bartenders complained about the customers and had to be at work... The views outside are absolutely stunning when you can come by the spilled drinks, dirty tables and chairs, and vomiting (yes, vomiting! on a couch that was there until we were gone. that was not long. I hope management gets a grip on things here because the $25 we spent for 2 beers was not worth the view alone if there are much better places in Raleigh for views that are not covered by higher buildings.
I recently visited Level7 for the first time and it was a really catastrophic experience. The service was incredibly slow and I had to wait for an hour to get my drinks. To deteriorate things, the manager was rude and belittling, which was added only in the entire unpleasant atmosphere. I was very disappointed at the way I was treated and the lack of attention to customer service. The manager seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and made me feel like I was a burden for him. His behaviour was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Overall, my visit to Level7 was a complete waste of time and money. I will never return to this institution and advise others to convince themselves.
Level 7 is the perfect afterwork / date night location. The bartenders are nice and friendly. The roof view of the North Hill is beautiful. The area has so much to offer and its so easy to bounce from place to place, definitely gives a tiny NYC vibe. I ordered the espresso martini and it was perfect!
Level 7 is a great place to go meet friends or have a date. The rooftop is lovely on a nice day and there is a good amount of seating inside. It can get pretty crowded on weekend nights which can make it also pretty loud and hard to get drinks from the bar. I do miss when they would have live music on the rooftop, it just creating for a better overall experience. Drinks are always pretty good and they rotate the menu seasonally
