Chipotle Mexican Grill - Raleigh

Went in at 9pm on 9/27/23, Closes at 11pm, but missing all the sides and they said they weren't filling the corn or salsa back up because it was the end of the night. All the employees were disengaged. Place was messy. Sup par chipotle and the first one I've had bad experience at.

Mobile ordered, was done before the scheduled time and food was perfectly portioned and

The presentation was not good. It looked like they just threw the food in the container and gave me the least bit of everything. It didn't even seem like a full portion.

The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Their service is at a steady pace and they care about the customer's order. Rob at this location is Always professional and courteous, even when I'm a bit indecisive about what to order.....so many great choices. And his team motivation is admirable. Thanks Rob and the team!

I came in and wanted to try something different so I asked about the tacos. I asked the server if I had to get all the same meat or can I mix it up he said yes but forgot to mention that the price would cbange by about 3 dollars. No problem just a mistake but when I asked about it the other female employee became really weird and rude like one of those people that nobody shid hire anywhere. No regards for a corporate chain no service she really thought I was eating out her house and I have to take it or leave it. Not to mention the place was filthy and they didn 't have the food on the heated rack there were seving food from off the back tables like it was closing time but they had over a hour to go. Horrible attitude staff. I didn 't get to get her name because I was so disgusted at her attitude. She was cutting me off while speaking. Signifying by saying at the end of the day after every statement. Just ridiculously giving chipotle the wrong image
