Tenders can be overdone at times. Fries were over seasoned. But takes too long to wait for new fries
Every person there including the manager is angry, disrespectful glares, and looks like they expect customers that spend their hard earned money to bow down to them. Common sense would be to take notes from Chick-fil-A! Young people aspire to work there.Seems like every other fast food establishment is complete ghetto and management is nothing but higher paid ghetto.
My Thankful Thursday is dedicated to the good folks at Bojangles. This location is excellent. They are always staffed, they have the menu items we desire and they keep the drive thru moving. My daughter enjoys the biscuit sandwiches, seasoned fries, Borounds and chicken tenders meals from here. The have a delicious honey mustard sauce that accompanies the fresh, crispy, moistchicken tenders. We also enjoy the chicken sandwiches. Bojangles is a Cajun fast food staple here in the Carolinas and it'shere to stay. Fast and affordable. The American way.
Went to Bogangles on to get a Cajun fillet biscuit with borounds and sweet potato pie. I ordered and ask the lady to make sure I was charged to a large boround she looked over and confirmed. I waited then this person with an orange Hijab rudely told meshe didn't and I could accept the small or pay the difference. The lady at the register admitted she messed up. I told her nothat is ridiculous and she should fix the mistake not me. So I told her just refund my order and I would just leave. So shefixed that. I waited for my sweet potato pies and she said we didn't charge me for them and threw a 8.00 receipt at me. Iwalked out looked at my credit card receipt and saw it for 11.08 took at back and she finally gave me my order. They lady thattook my order and the lady giving out drinks I apologize for my frustration but the Lady in the Orange Hijab has no bussiness incustomer service. All she does is blame the customer and never want to fix the mistake.
