Recommend to go somewhere else. 0/2 on my experiences. second time, the guy didn't even order someone or opened the window. 2 hours to close.

Horrible experience. Staff inside goofing off. Around 6pm, many customers in the drive thru steadily driving off with disappointment. This location has always had horrible management to facilitate this place.

Ice cream was not fresh, disappointed. It tasted and look like they scraped the bucket. Had the taste and appearance of ice cream that frosted over with ice. At $5.99 a scoop, I expected better. Plus they were out of vanilla ice cream and dipped cones.

This is a great Baskin-Robbins location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday, the cake was perfect and they added a name to the cake without any fuss at all. The cake was delicious!

Terrible customer service and rude employees . Came in at 8:30 (they close at 9:00), the employees were helping another customer in the store and after they left the workers walked to the back after we’ve been waiting to be helped. All we wanted was a scoop of ice cream and they said sorry we’re closed after us standing there waiting. We left with no ice cream and after I told the two guys that they could have told us they were closed they proceeded to say that “they did not care”. Most definitely calling corporate. Worst service ever. These reviews are too consistent with lack of customer service. As a business owner myself, I’d never treat my customers like that. They need new staff asap.
