Bidrage med feedbackThis was genuinely the worst dining experience I've ever had (not to be dramatic). We got the sea food boil and it took over an hour to get our food. When it came, it was missing parts of the meal along with no plates until we asked. The food was very overpriced and we did not even receive all of it. Please do not go here, you will regret it. Go to Red Crab (especially in cranford) that place slaps.
My boyfriend and I decided to try out their new spot and location when they first just moved to show continued support. We've ate here before and the food never misses. We know the food usually takes a long time because of the popularity and it being always busy so we expected the wait time to be long. However, my only complaint was the customer service. There was nobody at the register. So people were just standing in line for awhile. And the food took extremely long to make than we were normally used to. I think it being just newly opened, new employees etc.....the pace of things just wasn't there yet. I'm hoping these things improve when we get the chance to go back. The food though wasn't too bad. For some reason it just tasted better from the old location. I had gotten wings and my bf got the Rasta pasta platter.

Truly disappointing experience!! I 've been an avid customer since he was taking orders from home and advertising on facebook alone. Always rooting for this place to be successful. Unfortunately it seems as though his success has backfired against the consumer FOR SURE! My first visit to the new location and ordered fried shrimp and whiting. Got home full of anticipation only to learn that although I was charged i did not get my shrimp. Called the restaurant, young lady told me that it was unfortunate but all she could do was notate the system and upon my next visit they would take care of it. Second visit today and while the girl at the counter was nice, worst experience. I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and told unfortunately my order would take another 15 minutes because of the dinner rush ! I mentioned the previous experience of my shrimp being left off after I paid and was told unfortunately they don 't have a record of it so basically I just gave away free money. I get home and I ordered the whiting which clearly looked and tasted like some low quality frozen fish. I also ordered the Alfredo pasta with shrimp. When I opened my dish I had literally 2 shrimps in the entire dish! Really sad to say while I truly had high hopes for this business, they have forgotten what made them grow so big and fast. Customer and quality seems to be at the very back of the priority list!!! Never Again...
Nice presentation of food. Instructions on pick up are a little confusing as the website gives one address and the text you get gives another.Food was ok. I ordered a fried whiting basket with seasoned fries (extra charge). The fries tasted regular. Couldn't identify a particular seasoning on them. The fish had a few bones but overall lacked flavor. The tartar sauce saved the meal for me.Restaurant staff really nice and helpful.
