The restaurant is part of a hotel that is in a converted convent in the Giardini Iblei quite an elegant place. The menu is creative, something a little special, and the food very good, made with quality ingredients.
Food was exceptional. Service was first class. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. The restaurant itself is located in what was previously the refectory and the vaulted ceilings depict past Franciscan Friars.
We enjoyed our dîner at Ristorante Cenobio. A beautifull historical scenery and delicious food. Fresh fish, well cooked meat, local vegetables and organic wine !
The service outstanding, friendly, very professional. The choices varied and enticing. The food wow. Ap: Zucchini flowers and soup, ricotta croquettes Mains: risotto withe fish of the day raw and a delight. Stuffed swordfish on a bed of roast potato, basil purée with white sauce, Eggplant ravioli. All a total delight. Millefoglie the lightest, thinnest crisp crepe slivers with crema and fruit sauce. The mirto liqueur slid down so smoothly. Highly recommend Cenobio.
