Big Horn Cafe - Radium Hot Springs

I couldn't make up my mind, so I ended up buying multiple items. I was excited to see that they had Hot Apple Cider on the menu. The person who waited on me was friendly and kind. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'm happy to live close by and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great fresh baking and a great latte. Soups and lots of freshly made baking all look awesome. Busy place and for good reason.

Delicious coffee from 49th Parallel, fresh dishes, and a pleasant atmosphere. Perfect spot to relax or grab a quick coffee break. Rating: 5 out of 5.

My husband and I stayed in Radium for 4 nights during our Canada trip. We got an early start most mornings and this cafe is the only place in town that opens up at 0600. Everything else doesn't open until 0700 or 0800. That early in the day only 2 staff members were present and they were SO kind!!! Unfortunately, I don't have the name of the lady who was working. I got the vibe that she may be the owner but I could be wrong. She was SO nice and welcoming to us as tourists and gave us lots of personal recommendations. Starting our mornings off here was a great way to start our day! My husband got the Americano and I got the vanilla latte. Both were delicious. We got the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it! I got the bacon and egg breakfast sandwich and admit, it was a bit of a let down. The cinnamon roll was also (for me because it seemed to have a caramel topping of sorts, and I personally don't like caramel (and I also don't expect it on a cinnamon roll, but maybe that's more common in Canada than it is back home? We also got a chocolate croissant and it was pretty good, only I wish they had warmed it up. Overall, this place is a joy. It's a quick stop also, not a full sit down service restaurant if you're looking to just get on the road and start your day (but they do have plenty of space to sit and enjoy if you prefer. Overall, I do recommend Big Horn Cafe :

This is the perfect place to grab a delicious coffee and sandwich for a road trip to Calgary. The coffee was spot on and the sandwich was tasty. I will definitely be coming back!
