Pizza Hut - Radcliff

I called in my order and went to pick it up on s dixie, in Radcliff Ky, on 9/16. Mr Anthony showed me great customer service! He was pleasant, and quick. The store was nice and clean and I commented on how pleased I was overall. I hope this reaches his hire up, because that's the best I've seen that place since it's opened. KUDOS TO YOU MR. ANTHONY ????????

It 's fine that I was called and told there aren 't Mozzarella sticks but when asked if I wanted something in their place, I feel like the breadsticks should have been a straight exchange since the mistake was Pizza Huts not mine. I was surprised I was told I would have to pay the difference and my whole order was refunded and charged the higher amount. Also, none of my family was impressed by The Big New Yorker. I 'll still order Pizza Hut from time to time, but not their version of NY style. I usually go to the location near the liquor store and prefer that one.

Got a lunch special and cheesy bread today. Well we ordered cheesy bread. What we got was ab order of bread sticks with *some* cheese. Highly disappointed.
