Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Racine

DO NOT PATRONIZE, ZERO STARS. This store has deteriorated over the past few years.Today, 08/04/2021 was my last straw. At drive thru, I was informed that quote ..we don 't got no spicy chicken... . Okay, was not offered alternative so I ordered mild. The 12 pc I opened at home was burnt, old, grease soaked cold. 2nd trip for refund or fresh chicken was greeted by impolite associate who didn 't care and would not refund or exchange. Bottom line: They do not deserve YOUR business and money.NO STARS!!!

A place where I will definitely not go to buy a place where the employees don't even serve you, they talk to you and ignore you as if you were going to ask for a gift, very bad place ??

From the employees, to the undercooked food, and DIRTY establishment they are just asking to be shut down. Honestly, I don’t understand why they haven’t been yet. I wouldn’t feed my dog the food that is being served here!

30 dollas for a 8 piece is criminal beyond means.. they always out of food I don’t see how this place is still open

The blackened chicken sandwich is outstanding. All of the staff were friendly and courteous.
