Need to learn customer service 101Terrible!!! If you enjoy being talked to by rude workers then this is your place.

I've ordered on the app SEVERAL times hoping that my meal would be prepared when I get there. Unfortunately it never is Im always asked to pull up while others are served before me. I often have missing items such as dips or ketchup. Food is sometimes good but last time I went I could tell that my chicken tinders were cut in half and very small. I always have much better luck at the Houma and Thibodaux location.

The restroom needs a thorough cleaning.The rest of the restaurant was acceptable, but there were no napkins or cup lids.Service was prompt and polite, but the red beans tasted old.

Food was delicious except the red beans....they used to be my favorite and now it's like they are watered down. Was disappointed in the beans but the chicken was delicious

Went thru drive thru and didn't Have half of what we wanted then got to the window and had our order all wrong. Won't be coming back here anytime soon.
