Perfect. Cathy and her daughter enjoyed us from the beginning to the end of the meal. Sincere cuisine with heart and spirit, freshly prepared product of the day, point of wine. Super service (the friends joined us during the meals they were able to take the train while it was already late). We didn't know, but we'll be back there during our next visit to the Cevennes with great pleasure. BRAVO
