Pizza Pizza - Quinte West

I ordered a Keto crust pizza tonight and was served a completely burnt, soggy crust that was practically inedible. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the high price.

I used their app (stupid me I know because their app never works properly I thought the update would have fixed it). Apparently when you click that you want breaded wings it doesn’t change it and remains at classic (didn’t realize this until we received our order). Either way we received our $30 order of wings. And they weren’t breaded. So we called the store, which went to a call centre. They said because we used the app, and that we chose what we chose, even when I specifically clicked on breaded, they couldn’t swap our order and we would have to make a new order. Another $30 to potentially have the same thing happen again seriously? So then we drove to the store and they refused to do anything. No swapping. No money back. Nothing. Their app screws up and we get left with disgusting wings that we didn’t want in the first place. Well not exactly. We just left them on the counter as that’s not what we ordered. I will never order from these crooks again.

Eaten a few times and the pizza nor anything else is fully cooked. the deep fried pickles were covered in raw batter. more like cucumbers and dough. their fries are mediocre but edible. customer service was good.

I follow a keto diet and have tried the keto pizza at this restaurant a few times. Each time, it was overcooked, almost burnt, and very expensive. I would rather order from a different place since they have limited keto options, maybe just the plain chicken wings.
