IHOP Restaurant - Quincy

We had Lisa again this morning and both times were so impressed. She's very fast and up there. She knows what you need before you know what you need. She asked me if I wanted a water replenishment. I said no and then two minutes later regretted to say no. She came by about two minutes later and asked if we needed something. She's so attentive!

Quick and very good service! The servers and host are very nice and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. The food comes out very quick if you are in a hurry. Food quality is good. They have a good menu selection. I will come back to this iHope location again.

My cup was dirty, hash brown not really good (a little raw), only one napkin, and no so much attention to the customer, but after you let them know what is going on, the attention is not bad, but you need to reminder like please refill the coffee, please bring me sugar and stuff like that. I used to love Ihop but I didn’t like this so much.

IHOP has failed me. I ordered a classic breakfast burrito and buttermilk pancakes. The buttermilk pancakes come with butter and I asked if I could also have whipped cream on my pancakes. My pancakes had no whipped and no butter when they arrived. The breakfast burrito has egg, cheese, bacon, and hash browns. My breakfast burrito did not have cheese and the tortilla was way dried out. Had it sent back. Second burrito had cheese was also very crispy but better. The second burrito also had bad eggs in it. I asked for less eggs in my burrito and more bacon. Burrito was 98% eggs. Chef does not know how to cook a burrito I guess. If you want to get a good, edible, breakfast burrito go to the IHOP in Plymouth near Cape Cod Endodontics. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here. :

The food was good. My son has pancakes and hashash browns. He loved her. I have simple eggs and grilled English muffins. You, where great. The best part of the visit was our waitress. She was the best. I said it was my son's birthday and she brought him a free ice cream. She told him a few times his birthday. She was great. Thank you.
